I enjoy working with humans from all walks of life, providing support and guidance on their journey. Through solution-focused therapy, I strive to help you recognize patterns and obstacles of your past and present to help you gain understanding to create a better future. I build a strong rapport with my clients, as I believe that true and deep work cannot be achieved without trust. I work with those struggling with depression, trauma, anger, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from Keene State College and my Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University New England. I spent 3 years in Massachusetts working for community mental health centers doing in-home work with individuals and families, before returning to New Hampshire. Most recently, I've spent the last 4 years supporting children, adolescents, and families in the Concord area.
When I am not working, I am fond of going for nature hikes, fishing, and attempting a craft project that is probably too advanced for me... but we never know unless we try, right?
